In the end Rachel said, “I just knew he wasn’t right for me.’
Bachelor Nation’s track record of helping contestants find love continues.
Rachel Lindsay, who first appeared on Nick Viall’s season of “The Bachelor” before going on to star on the 13th season of “The Bachelorette,” is officially married to former contestant Bryan Abasolo.
The couple has been sharing wedding updates on social media leading up to the big day, and People confirmed the ceremony took place Saturday in Mexico with exclusive wedding photos. USA TODAY has reached out to Lindsay’s representative for additional confirmation.
“You ready B?” Lindsay posted on Instagram last week with a bride emoji.
“READY! Sooooo, 🎶Meet me at the alter in your white dress…let’s get married!🎶 😝 🤵🏻♥️👰🏾” Abasolo commented.
Lindsay’s fellow Bachelor Nation pals Kristina Schulman, Astrid Loch and Bibiana Julian were in attendance, according to People.
Abasolo proposed to Lindsay in Spain during the finale of “The Bachelorette” just over two years ago, to the dismay of fans on social media, who largely rooted for runner-up Peter Kraus.
Shortly before the finale aired, Lindsay told USA TODAY on a news conference call that she was “very much so in love and very much so engaged,” adding that if she “had a list, he would check everything off.”
